I just finished three projects that I thought would be fun and simple for kids to make.  I made a magnet, a necklance and a friendship pin.  They were very simple to make using craft foam, the Scribble Flower Cuttlebug die, and of course the Cuttlebug machine.  You can check out a photo of these flowers in my Kids Crafts section!
